I was lucky enough to be part of this business from the jump. Hawk Moth was a mobile coffee business that operated for 1 year. They went around and served coffee at farmers markets across San Francisco and sold the beans they roasted.

The main focus of Hawk Moth was to provide specialty coffee to the masses in a cool and creative way.

Brand Identity, Packaging, Social Media and Marketing Content.

The concept behind the design was to create a sense of luxury behind the beans they roasted. The packaging was a labor of love that took many hours to design. I drew inspiration from the architecture I saw while walking around the Financial District.

What I noticed about these buildings was that the archways to enter were adorned by these crazy ornate patterns. That is why the front of the coffee bags were designed in an arch, this was a node to the entrance of these beautiful victorian buildings.
